Financing option:

Maiya Hermosa will finance any investor who has a minimum 50% of the required deposit towards the purchase price of the selected property, or through partial or recurring payments mutually agreed upon, will have 50% of the deposit advanced to the developer before or at the same time the property is ready for the “delivery of the keys”.

This can be achieved with minimal paperwork and no credit checks. For example, if the purchase price is $125,000.00 USD and an initial deposit of $5,000.00 USD was paid to reserve the unit, then $55,000.00 USD would be required to be paid in monthly/bimonthly/quaterly payments prior to the “delivery of the keys” stage.

Once the condo is delivered, a standard VTB mortgage security will be registered against the property in first position in favour of Maiya Hermosa, for the balance of the money owed at mutually agreed upon terms, and conditions.
