We list only properties with deeds (TITULO). No restrictions for foreigners to purchase or own property in the Dominican Republic. Dominican Banks offer financing for properties with deeds (TITULO). Foreigners MUST have Dominican Residency in order to apply for a mortgage loan. The Dominican Republic is primarily a CASH MARKET.
