Holiday (7 night min) :
Dec 1 - Jan 15 - $1,900/week, $4,750/3 weeks, $5,000/month

Cleaning exit fee of US$110.

Electricity is extra and based on consumption. We require a cash deposit of US$35/night. The electricity consumption depends on how often you use the AC. This property has ceiling fans and there is a nice breeze most of the time so without AC usage you are looking at around US$40/week and maybe around US$120/week with moderate AC usage. The difference will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

You can either take a US$69 insurance covering you up to US$3,000 in case of damages, (this insurance is optional, but mandatory when you travel with children under 12 years old), or you can pay a US$750 cash security deposit to be paid for on arrival. The electricity consumption will be deducted from this amount and the difference will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

4% handling/transaction/administrative fee. You can pay through PayPay or with your Credit Card.
